噴(pen)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)冷卻塔(ta)采用(yong)上噴(pen)型(xing)噴(pen)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)通(tong)風(feng)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化裝置,利用(yong)液力(li)驅(qu)動(dong),低壓(ya)(0.16—0.25MPa)液流通(tong)過旋(xuan)流霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化噴(pen)頭(tou)產(chan)生霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)流,霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)流的(de)(de)作用(yong)力(li)啟動(dong)密封(feng)傳動(dong)機(ji)構和風(feng)葉作反向旋(xuan)轉,產(chan)生由(you)下部導向霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)流的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi),氣(qi)水比(bi)可達1.0—1.3,霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)化滴與(yu)進(jin)塔(ta)空(kong)氣(qi)在霧(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)狀條件下進(jin)行熱交換,以取得(de)預期的(de)(de)降(jiang)溫效果(guo).它(ta)有以下三個技術要(yao)點.
1、基礎應水(shui)平不能傾斜(xie),冷卻塔(ta)中心線(xian)垂直(zhi)于水(shui)平面(mian),否(fou)則影(ying)響(xiang)電機(ji)工作.
2、對于(yu)175t以上的冷卻出入水管應調協支座.
3、噴(pen)霧(wu)冷卻(que)塔風(feng)機葉片應與塔壁間(jian)隙一致,決(jue)不(bu)允(yun)許兩側間(jian)隙相差太大發現問題及(ji)時解決(jue).
